Stolen RV
Our RV was stolen from this facility. It is gated and has key code access. They have “security” cameras but they only save the footage for 90 days! So that is NO help. They do space checks weekly and saw that my RV had not been in the space for MONTHS but didn’t bother to call me and check? What’s the point of the space check? I’ve been paying for an empty space for months. I filed a police report. We’ll see how Extra Space handles this going forward. Obviously they are not as secure as they claim to be.

Very convenient location. The manager (I think he was a manager) was super helpful getting me set up with my unit and the app so I could use my phone to open the gate. Rates were very reasonable compared to others in the area. I would recommend this place.
Alie KornutaMy husband and I walked in and inquired about an extra space storage for our vehicle, which we leave while we travel. Walked in the door was greeted by Emmanuel. He recently was extremely accommodating, showed us the spot which he had available for us and give us a tour of the facility. I noticed immediately that the facility was very clean and very organized. Emmanuel recommended that we get a cover for our vehicle because he extreme heat during the summer which we did and we ordered it on Amazon and had it sent to the facility. Emmanuel being so gracious and professional offered to put the cover on our vehicle for us that’s what I call customer service, which is a lost start these days. My sincere thanks to Emmanuel. BenjieBoyI had a storage unit at ES Storage for 4 or 5 years. Staff was always accommodating if I needed to upgrade to a larger unit or go smaller depending upon my needs, it was very accessible both, location and hours. The property was always clean. The only reason I moved out was the rate was bumping up and up and eventually priced me out.
