Text message indicated 1st floor but space on 2nd floor. Will meet needs adequately but disappointed it was on the 2nd floor. No in person employee not ideal.
I won a unit at auction and when I arrived to pick it up the lady at the counter (Mia) was very nice and professional. She made the whole experience a delight and would recommend this storage location to everyone thanks again Mia you were a lot of help!!!!!
Ended up getting a 10 x 10 cause I missed the reservation for a 5 x 10. Cost more money but it is worth it. Turns out, 10 x 10 is exactly what my things fit in
The online advance sign up was not working the day I went in so we had to do things the old way, on a pad computer in the office. The whole thing took 20 minutes. No upselling and generally just good olテ「竄ャ邃「 customer service.

A shoutout to Aaron at the 7719 Fair Oaks location of Public Storage. He has been so helpful, pleasant and professional in helping us pay the rent at our units and in dealing with some problems we’ve had there- more than once. His manager is also very helpful, kind and responsive. In fact, all of the employees are what make Public Storage good. Because the way this company has raised the rents on us is actually probably criminal and can be considered usurious. New Year’s resolution #1 is to get our stuff out of there. But until then, thanks to all the staff there- you guys are great! And thank you Aaron.
I won an auction with them. Their staff didn't call me, and they wouldn't pick up the phone when I tried calling them. When I arrived, it turned out the item had been stolen—and they were fully aware of it. I wasted an hour just getting there. They didn't cancel the auction; they didn't call to give me a heads-up. They simply stole my time. Do not deal with this establishment—you risk wasting your time, as your time is certainly not their concern. Do not deal with this establishment—you risk losing your property; they can't even keep track of their own belongings, so I certainly wouldn't trust them to look after yours.
Aaron should teach a class in customer service! He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He is the reason we stayed with public storage and will continue to do business with public storage. The units are clean, the property is clean and secure. Thank you Aaron and team for a great experience!
The staff at this location are extremely helpful. I have had a great experience with the staff; however, I rented a new unit less than 6 months ago, and this month my rent was increased over 35% from $158 to $215 per month which has totally killed my budget. I will likely have to go hungry this month. I did not even know that my new rent rate was move-in discount, as that was not indicated on the unit I reserved online. This has everything to do with corporate, and not the location management.
