My storage unit have been burglary in less than 20 days after I moved in, and I wasn’t the only one that day same thing happened to at least three or four unit next to me, they break the garage from the side then they go in this garage doors are garbage and basically the lock you put on the garage do nothing. They don’t have a camera, even the police officer who did the report told me next time don’t rent in this place you are not the first one and and she was talking about here own experience at this specific location. I lost all my stuff. Don’t recommend this location at all. And my advice if you have to rent a storage unit do a tour first ask for indoor unit and always check if that location has a camera everywhere.

This facility will take zero accountability if your storage gets broken into and stolen. The mandatory insurance won't cover any stolen or damaged items unless you have receipts for every single item you store. Public Storage left their gate wide open for two months and during that time our unit was broken into on the public storage provided lock, somehow the lock wasn't just cut but missing, so insurance claims no damage was done to the lock so they won't cover. Suspicious. Once public storage notified us of our unit being broken into they provided another lock. After filing a police report the officer mentioned the gate has been left open and there have been many break ins since December. We rented a U-haul to come empty what was left in the unit and noticed we had been hit a SECOND TIME! Once again it was the public storage provided lock that this time we found cut. We really think that public storage has something to do with this and at the very least they have been negligent. If you value your items, do not store here, it's not worth the never ending increasing of rates, violation of privacy, rats, roaches, and break ins. Store literally anywhere else. Don't fall for their paid for 5 star reviews, this place is a dump and the staff will not help you.

I won an auction with them. Their staff didn't call me, and they wouldn't pick up the phone when I tried calling them. When I arrived, it turned out the item had been stolen—and they were fully aware of it. I wasted an hour just getting there. They didn't cancel the auction; they didn't call to give me a heads-up. They simply stole my time. Do not deal with this establishment—you risk wasting your time, as your time is certainly not their concern. Do not deal with this establishment—you risk losing your property; they can't even keep track of their own belongings, so I certainly wouldn't trust them to look after yours.

I have been renting here for at least two years now I believe. The prices keep going up dramatically without notice. It might say that the prices will go up without notice in the fine print which of course I cannot read lol. David has helped me quite a bit and so has Aaron. I do appreciate everything they have helped me with lately it's been rats Yes there are rats in my unit I'm afraid to go in there because my husband saw a big one the other day and I'm actually trying to move out of that one into another one but I'm so afraid to even get my items. It's so disgusting they have eaten through our bags ,our clothes ,several items within our unit .no we do not have food in there at all. I'm not sure how they got in there nor do I care to know I just don't want them in there. The insurance states that we only get $100 back for the damages with a 250 deductible or something like that I'm not sure anyways we sent pictures of the ruined items it doesn't matter it's well worth over $100 but there's nothing I can do at this point I just don't know how I'm going to get the items out of the other unit right now I'm freaking out about it cuz I don't want to pay for this unit any longer it's ridiculous it's costing me $153 a month for a 5x10 that is utterly ridiculous! You've got to be kidding me and and for the past few months there's been rats so tell me why should I even pay that!!?? that's ridiculous!!!! I went online and got another unit there, same size $44 a month or $45 a month!! I just don't get the pricing situation it's so stupid, but anyways right now I'm dealing with the rats and I'm I'm just freaking out really so I'll see what Aaron and David want to do about that lol maybe I'll have them go in and get my stuff out just kidding I would have given this place more stars if the rats weren't there but David deserves five stars and Aaron deserves five stars by far thank you for all of your help I appreciate both of you very much. P. S. This just cannot be okay. And it gives Public Storage a bad rep! With the extremely high pricing and now the freaking rats oh my gosh okay that's all I have for right now. If by chance they do get taken care of and everything gets cleaned up I'm more than happy to give more stars to public storage okay thank you for listening bye-bye
