DoloresIn my opinion, US storage has the best unit design and safety for my stored items. There are no gaps. No chicken wire fencing and no wood between each unit. like I've seen in my other units in three different storage companies and locations. US storage is well kept in good hands, and Nicole has been knowledgeable about helping me decide what size unit would be best to store my items. Nicole had mentioned the best rates for me.
Maddie HarwoodSetting up the account and move-in went very smoothly. The attendant was very helpful, giving us a tour of the storage facility and showing us where our unit was located and where the loading bay, elevators and flatbeds were. Everything looked well maintained and clean. We were in and out very quickly.
CELESTTE GIROUARDRob was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He’s a great employee. That said, management should NOT be charging us an entire month of insurance for a single day. You prorated the rent, so prorate the insurance or don’t charge me for the last of the month when day I can’t use the unit.
