I've had many different units at many different places and hands down bay area self storage has treated me the best ! All 5 stars goes to Zyra the manager at the Belmont location who has helped me and made my stay here very pleasant . She has been so helpful and understanding I'm so glad to have her being in charge over my stuff in a unit at bay area self storage . She's a true leader and makes me feel like my things are safe and she's very professional and a boss lady! Glad this place has a manager like Zyra . Over all this facility is very clean and organized.

As she showed me to my unit there was another client there who Zyra warmly greeted by name. I am happy i chose this facility to keep my personal belongings due to the care and cleanliness. 10/10 recommend!

Cody LeffZyra was amazing! I had made a reservation online and she showed me the space, answered all my questions and gave me all the relevant info, efficiently handled all the paperwork, and had me all set up with my code in less than 20 mins or so. Also somehow made the process of renting a storage unit fun!
