They are clean and they are friendly
They're very nice and clean and very secured with no problems in a very nice people very polite and have a bathroom on the site for the public to use I mean for the customers and Vanessa she is very nice she's very sweet nice person she explains everything to everything right to you if you need to know anything about it she's she's on it and the very nice people good people good prices.
Great service
Customer service was excellent between the 800 number signing up and Vanessa at the facility! It was fast and very easy. Pricing was excellent and the facility is very clean including bathroom! I recommend this location to everyone.

Easy, smooth, and honestly a solid experience all around. The storage units are clean, secure, and well taken care of. I used to share a unit here with my cousin, and everything was always handled without any hassle. Camila (or Camille), the onsite manager, is a real standout friendly, helpful, and clearly knows her stuff. It definitely makes a difference when the person running the place actually cares. Would absolutely recommend! Will definitely come back
Stephanie O'ConnorOk so here goes. I've been with West Coast since August 2025. I received a notice of a rather large rate increase. I was not happy and was considering going elsewhere. After speaking with Ashish for some time, I decided to downsize a bit. It is still more than what I was paying, but now I understand that was an introductory rate and the same thing would happen even if I went elsewhere. We did the unit transfer in the computer, but, it doesn't end there. He literally pulled his truck up and moved my stuff to the new unit. Talk about going above and beyond. Turns out we listen to the same radio station too and had a good time conversing about that and many other things. He's a really down to earth guy. Thank you so much Ashish!!
CJ BI’ve had other storage units before, but this one is truly something I would recommend. The property is very clean, the units are well maintained, and Camille and Ashish were incredibly helpful when I came in last minute with questions. They’re honest and transparent, which is refreshing compared to other storage places. Highly recommend!
David WilliamsThese are the crookedest people I have ever dealt with. Started at $159 for a 10 x10. After 6 months $200. 6 more months $300. 6more months $400. Now they want to charge me $400 for a month after I move out. Steer clear of these crooks. I read his reply and it is BS. I asked customer next to me and she said her rent wasn't raised. The locked me out before I left so I am paying for a unit I can't even access.
