Lindsay might just be the most patient and awesome person that has ever worked at a storage facility! I have storage units in six different metro areas, and she easily stands out as the most helpful person I've ever worked with! Great facility. Great neighborhood. Great building. Great service!

This public storage facility is excellent and very clean. The opening hours are early and the closing hours are late. I believe it has some of the longest access hours among public storage facilities. Kevin is especially wonderful. He is very friendly and helped me a great deal, and I am truly grateful to him. I will always recommend this place to my friends. Every day I see him working very seriously and treating customers with kindness and professionalism.

I just wanna say I had the best experience with Kevin. He did a phenomenal job. Walked me to my unit me in the process seamlessly without any hiccups with a great smile on his face very positive energy. I was very excited to be in comforting hands over explained how well his security system works, and how greatly they can make their customers feel at ease with that said as I left, he continued to tell me have a great day and an awesome Thanksgiving what an exceptional employee really appreciate the comforting words that he spoke. Good morning , I buy a unit yesterday I spent $1800. All went to the trash And everything because however put at the notes that unit was really good stuff My first time spent this much money and everything go to the trash I know all employees that work there. Are great people great customers service they have. But however put in the notes that unit was great stuff please don’t do that again

Shout out to Kevin. I was in a last minute pinch, shopping around, and he was my last stop. That dude showed me a unit and the following day I had keys. I feel bad I stopped in two more times asking for the gate code and how to set up the app on my phone but he walked me through the whole process and got me dialed in. Polite, professional, and courteous. The units are clean, easy access, parking can be a little bit of a challenge on the west side when big trucks are there but for the most part it’s been a smooth experience. Thank you public storage and your team who made this a positive experience.
