I went to go look at the storage facility and the staff seemed nice,the storage units were clean,and the prices are fair. Altogether it seems like a great place to safely store my belongings.

Great secure place to store
Had a very pleasant experience with the staff. I stored my household goods for 10 years with them. And never had any isuues. I was treated as a family member. Highly recommend them .
Overall, a good experience
The guy that helped us was quick at doing our paperwork since we arrived there not long before closing. I wasn't aware that you can only come and go from the facility during their business hours. He was very helpful and we were able to unload our belongings before closing. The unit was clean and easy to get to. Overall, a good experience.
The "reservation" I made to hold the unit until the weekend for me to move in was bogus. When I talked to the facility, they said they don't hold units, it's first come, first served and if I wanted it, I'd better come now. Other than that, all is fine with the unit.

I’ve been a customer since 2018 and I’ve never experienced any issues as a client for 5 years. The storage and the whole storage facility has been cleaned every time I’d swing by. Mayette and Krisann are the wonderful employees and have brought excellent customer service to me since Day 1.
Linda CoutureAnjanette provides exceptional service. I have 2 units at this location. One for a vehicle and another for surplus furniture. Anjanette has come to my rescue a couple of times when I needed to change reservations last minute.

E NhaI love the people who work here. They are always so responsive and very family-like in their interactions. Mayette has worked there for so long and she has always been so professional and kind. I remember when I was looking for a storage facility. I interacted with many other facilities in the area but I immediately could feel and tell that this is a facility that cares. I ended up choosing Aliso Viejo Self Storage and do not regret my decision. Not only was Mayette super great but so is KrisAnn (not sure if im spelling their names right). I know that they have very little openings but I can see why, it's because they treat their customers well and are very endearing to all. I no longer needed a storage unit and had to close mine but it was actually very sad to leave. It felt like I was leaving a family. Hoping that they all take care.
