Signed up and chose the units sizes we wanted and paid for them all online. They sent an access code and we were in. The prices were better than most. The units were Easy to find and get to and they were clean. They left the locks and signed copy of the paperwork in the unit for us to find. " No muss, No Fuss."

Joey was amazing today. He went above and beyond. I was down to the last tote to move over to our bigger storage unit. He offered to load it up and met me at the other storage unit and unloaded it. I really appreciate the help as my partner was still about 15 minutes away. I was able to finish up and get back home sooner. Thank you Joey, just that little bit of help made my day!

He's very informative and helpful with any issues that crop up and promptly takes care of the various maintenance issues that arise from time to time. The lack of a fifth star here is due to the yearly rent increases far beyond inflation: we stable long-term renters deserve discounts, not penalties!
