Convenient
I found this place at the perfect moment in a lucky day with the right prices! Moving and storing your two bedroom furniture in two days with almost no help Is not easy!! The fact that I got this unite eso easy it took minutes on line, got extra boxes at their office and the customer service is refreshing, made the whole experience a really fun one!
Excellent Customer service!
I reserved my unit online. I had a follow up call to make sure I didn't have any questions and made sure I had received my text message with the gate code and instructions. When I got there the young man was happy to explain the entrance process. I did love that you pull into the actual building to unload, perfect in this Arizona heat.

Tina & Janet are great, it ends there!!! Usually when you pay your account balance online, it zeros out your account.But here NOT HERE...when you pay your account online,IN FULL, they like to charge you for lock fees after you go into the office. WHEN THERE SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN ANY LOCK FEES TO BEGIN WITH. They dont cut the locks at 20 days past due, yet we're charged lock fees and NOW AUCTION FEES because we didn't pay for the lock phase that if there were fees should have been on our online bill.When we paid in full?? THIS will be reported tonthe BBB & THE NEWS!! Please Ashley, make it make sense!! You cannot add in charges legally after a bill's been paid in full online end of story!!!!

She has been such a nice person never got frustrated by my questions at all as I have had experience in the past with other businesses. So outstanding is what I think fits this public storage. Ffoenix RaeI rented a space from this facility for 6YEARS. The price just kept going up, up and up. It became so unsafe due to shady people and drug deals INSIDE the hallways, I could no longer feel comfortable going to get any art supplies out of my unit. The final insult was that I paid the FULL month of February, and moved out and cleaned the unit the first week of the month, and turned the unit over. Did I get any refund for the amount I paid? OF COURSE NOT! Public Storage, DO BETTER!!!!

Danielle NegreteVery clean, when i was late on my bill as soon as i payed it , they took the lock off so i could get in my unit without having to contact them to do so. Love that i can drive my car inside late at night when im putting stuff in storage after hours. Yeah and i pay $20 for 24 hour access which is the best thing about the storage facility
