Lana SettleI've been most public storage for 3 and 1/2 years never had a problem getting in and out they're very helpful understanding and it's a clean place they always keep it neat and clean I like checking having to check in and check out I feel safe there the insurance is is good but they also make it very safe around there they're always on the job ready to help whatever they can maybe once or twice have I've been there without somebody being in that office there's always somebody in there helping with your problems and paying your bill and I just am very satisfied with the public storage on 43rd avenue and Camelback right across the street from home Depot the staff is great
Alfredo BorquezI just moved back into my own place and emptied out my storage unit but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Damien for always providing excellent customer service and being polite and courteous every time we interacted. Even on a few occasions I was having a bad day (completely unrelated to public storage) and probably had a bad attitude he was always polite, courteous, and respectful. I had left a few items I meant to toss out in my unit and instead of billing me a clean up fee he gave me a call and allowed me the opportunity to go toss the items myself instead of getting billed. I will definitely be recommending this location to anybody in need of storage and I will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need storage again 😇
