Great Customer Service
Recently moved to Biltmore and needed a storage unit. Stopped in to check out the size we would need. Dane helped us by showing us several available units. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We rented on the spot because the location was perfect but the service was great.

I've had a unit here for some time and I haven't seen anyone working at the property until today when I ran into Leah. She took the time to say hello, asked me how I am liking my unit and offered to assist me with anything I needed.

I broke a ceramic pot during the move and I couldn’t find a trash can to throw it away, but Debbie in the office was super kind and said she would get rid of it for me! So far a very positive experience with them.
David CamomileWe were looking fo a new storage facility after our introductory offer expired, and our monthly charges jumped to a rediculous amount at the storage facil;ity we were in. After calling several facilities, we found Public Storage on Camelback. The prices are considerably less than even our into offer on the other. We secured a unit with a simple phone call, they gave us a move in date and said everything would be ready for us. I showed up and spoke with Debbie, the associate working in the office that day, she was great, very friendly and professional. She said "you are all set" gave me directions to the unit, the lock was on the floor, unit was clean and exactly what i expected.
Aimee SI had reviewed this previously at 5 stars. Changed it to 2 because of a rep at the kiosk (Kayla) at this location since you can't ever talk to a person face to face & can rarely talk to the property manager. But I'll stick with one star now. Customer service for this location is a joke. They'll quote you for one thing & pull some last minute stuff after the fact. Then they'll super harass you via calls for something that isn't even an issue as you've already addressed it. I won't ever use Public Storage going forward.
