Went above and beyond and excellent customer service.
The person I spoke to in the phone was very polite and thorough. When we went to the actual storage facility, the person that helped us there was extremely helpful. She explained everything fully and went the extra mile for us. Very impressed.
RV Parking
The facility is clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful specially Jan who assisted me in doing all the paperwork. She was very well organized and made the process way easier for a first timer.

Friendly customer assistance and clean facility
Very pleasant rental experience. The gentleman who helped me answered all Qs, showed me the unit before purchase, and made some good recommendations like adding my parents to the account so they can access it while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m living in another country for a couple years. Unit and facility overall was clean, streets are wide, and security seems robust.

5 Stars to Vicki and StorQuest at 107th and Beardsley. My Dad and I had a 10x30 climate control at CubeSmart, the rent has gone up every year and this year was up to $643 a month. We moved into a 10x25 climate controlled with StorQuest and are extremely happy, not only did we save money it is a lot closer to the house. We were able to rent a 2nd unit and still pay less then CubeSmart. Thank you Vicki for all your help with both units. YOU ROCK!!

Pocket ExpertThe folks who work at the place near 107/Beardsley are very friendly but the company doesn't care about customers. They raise your rate at every opportunity and currently I am paying for a climate controlled 10x10 what I would pay at other places for one twice that size. Just go somewhere else.
