Unit wasn't cleaned for our arrival as promised
Locking plate broken and had to be replaced..was told it would be cleaned and wasn't, charged for Insurance when I told them I didn't want it...hopefully I'll get a credit back for this amount without an issue.. Lastly, signed up for the following week and because I went in sooner she said because I didn't sign up on line she had to start charging me that day, so I paid for time not used...not good..

Eileen knew exactly what I needed. She was very good at educating me about the rules and prices of my unit. When ever I’m on property she makes sure my unit is still good. Love this public storage❤️
SylviaEileen was absolutely incredible. She was very professional and the property is very well taken care of. I highly suggest coming to this location. Very welcoming experience and I will definitely be renting through Eileen when I decide it’s time for a unit. I came in just to look at a few different sizes so I know which one is best for me when the time comes and she was very informative, helpful and respectful the entire time. If she hasn’t received a raise, I highly suggest she does.

Andrea SisneyWe got this 10 x 10 unit in March 2021. We have had a hard time trying to empty it and move out due to the exorbitant rate hikes. We paid anout $140 a month originally. Each year after the first hike to $160 in 2022 has been outrageous. We just got another hike to $420
