My review has nothing to do with Purely Storage itself, but for Nicole who works there. I reserved a U-Haul and screwed up my pick up time. I called to confirm a dolly with the truck and with speaking to Nicole, she went over my pick up time. Once she did, I realized my mistake, and she fixed it before I could finish my thought. If she as detailed oriented with the storage side of the business as she is with the U-Haul side, then purely has one amazing employee, and anyone who deals with her should consider themselves lucky. Thank you Nicole.

The facility is clean, secure, and very well organized, making the entire storage process easy and stress-free. Angie was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my needs were met. Nancy was very helpful on my 2nd call because 1st lady I talked to on help line told me no one was onsite to help me but she did give me number to call and that’s when I reached Nancy and she was onsite and we agreed l could come in and get set up and move in immediately.So upon reaching storage unit Nancy had my info already as I had filled out short reservation and received confirmation number. Nancy moved me to unit that was available got all paper work filled out and drove me to look at unit agreed unit was fine and then Nancy drove to exit made sure my code for entry and exit worked at gate and dropped me at my truck informed me office would be closed on 31st and 1st but that gate access would be available asked me if there was anything else she could do as I said no we exchanged pleasantry’s and she drove back to office.Nancy was very nice,professional,courteous,and helpful; 10 out of 10👍🏻

Attempted to rent an outdoor parking space at this facility. Upon arrival was informed that they would need pictures of the trailer being stored and registration. I let them know. Hey, I have the old registration and the renewal receipt. But Arizona MVD is not exactly the quickest . Will not allow me to store a 2025 trailer there without registration pictures and getting approval from the Home office. Steer clear of this place, ended up renting a spot from Farm Bros Toy Storage no questions asked and very friendly. Zero stars for customer service
