Jessica and her team have gone out of their way to provide quality service that has exceeded expectations numerous times with answering questions and providibg assistance. We've used Extra Space Storage in Florida and Ohio. We consulted with Jessica for our move from Ohio and everything was ready to go when we got here...no hiccups!!!
