We needed the unit to store furnishings after the passing of my Mama .
I find the facility to be safe and clean. The company texts, emails and calls to remind me of the payment if I don't pay on the due date. They hate to have to charge late fees. Who takes the time and goes out of their way like that anymore?
Unexpectedly Great
When I first got there, I was kind of confused because I was looking for a person and nobody was there. I realize there is a QR code on the door and you can actually pay & secure your unit just by using your phone. I scanned it in and paid for my unit and it sent me the code to get through the gate. The gate even have my name on it. We got to the unit and we unlocked it and was greeted by a little welcome bag with the new lock & and some information about the company. I was very skeptical at first because I am in more, “person to person” kinda person and am new to all the online stuff but was very pleased

Storage was supposed to be $1 I got there and my bill ended up being $82 which none of this was disclosed to me. When I called customer service to get my storage info she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem to care at all when I expressed my concerns on the price.

My latest experience with the facility was with Chrystal the property manager. She was very professional, knowledgeable and as nice as can be. She was very patient with me and went above and beyond to try and help me. Even though it was a very stressful time for me, we both were laughing enjoying our conversation while taking care of business. It helped to put my mind at ease and I really needed and appreciated that. Thank you Chrystal for your help and kindness.
Pauline MearseCrystal was amazing renting me my storage unit! I don't agree with the $35 admin fee but that wasn't on her, she did an amazing job!! I'm leaving a review for Katherine, I was having issue with my payment online, so I went in and talked to Mrs. Katherine and omg she helped me out so much, got my stuff downloaded and fixed it where I could make my payments! She was the sweetest person I've seen today, so thank you so much.
Kris BoddickerI'm happy to have rented 2 storage units here. It is fairly close to my home, so it's easy to access. The attendants are nice and helpful. I rented indoor units. I'm so glad I paid the extra. It was well worth not burning up and not being cold when I went to work on them. I have rented here before, and I will be back if the need arises.
