I was able to get the storage unit quickly and the person who helped me was very helpful and cordial. Later that day when I brought items for the unit, my code did not work. We got this straightened out quickly even though it was after hours.

Greg was very nice and helpful. The price of our 20x30 was reasonable. Not open 24 hour access which was nice because I felt like my items were safe. The gate opens until 10pm even on holidays.

Look around for a different storage facility. My personal pin for admittance has not worked for a few months eventhough my account is current. Additiinally, my unit has an overlock on it. This is not the first time this problem has occurred. I've made repeated calls and visits to the facility, during business hours, to have this corrected. Unfortunately, the door was locked and lights were off, and no one was there during the posted business hours. I have not received any return calls either. This place is also more expensive than most storage facilities. The only reason I rented a unit is because I needed a large garage, at the time, they were the only one I could locate to accommodate the size I needed.

Greg was very knowledgeable and informative, but kept it short and to the point. Which is what I prefer! Would highly recommend this storage facility!
