This company was so great to me from online to in person. Some companies have great websites, however, when you arrive the experience doesn't reflect the advertising. Not here, it was just as accomdating. The representative was so kind and friendly. She was patient and understanding. I think what hurts companies is that they teach policy and procedures but forget you can't teach compassion. That is a trait you have or don't, so hiring a resourceful and caring person for customers is key. They did that here. Thank you for putting customers first.

Blessed R YouI want to take a moment to recognize the District Manager Mrs.Jordan for her genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. I have been a renter at this storage facility for over three years, and during a very stressful time in my life, her kindness truly meant more than she may realize. She showed real concern, listened with empathy, and did everything within her power to assist me. That small act of kindness helped ease a great deal of mental distress and gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings which hold so much of my life were treated with care and respect. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be acknowledged. I am truly grateful for her compassion and dedication to her renters. Thank you for going above and beyond. I would also like to give a shout out to Ms.Queen, the manager for trying to do her due diligence on assisting in every way possible that she can to keep us up-to-date and informed down to the T with when our payments are due and just trying to do her best with helping us keep our belongings as well cause boy I tell you I’ve had some trying times and this Ms Queen really been very nice and encouraging with her good spirit so shots out to these two ladies who doing the best they can to assist in making everybody feel like family and showing that they actually care to do everything that they can within their power to help.
