Climate Controlled units
Was able to find this unit , reserve it without money , then get there later that day see it and pay ! Customer service was awesome answered all my questions and it was very quick

They give you the option to sign up for 24 free access to your unit When you pay your money and they sent you the unit number and access code it doesn’t work. This place is an absolute joke Please don’t trust your items here !

While the virtual manager of the place was helpful in trying to get us situated with our U-Haul, it would have been more beneficial to have had the in-person manager (or at least someone who could come and help us directly in a face to face meeting). The key to our U-Haul was nowhere to be found. We didn’t have what we needed. As a result, we had to go to a different U-Haul location so as to get the necessary truck and associated equipment.
