I have been renting storage from them for a few months now. When i 1st started renting i had a smaller unit and it was infested with rats. The ex owner moved me to a new unit cleaner. Then they got a new owner. And things were weird for a while. But after we got things straightened out. They are very happy to help resolve the situation. And don't act like they are ready to be rid of you. I don't plan on taking my business anywhere else.
